Loro Piana Client Advisor Intern position at Milano Malpensa boutique—develop retail and luxury sector expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers throughout their shopping journey within the boutique
- Support the sales process and manage post-sales activities
- Maintain and enhance the store's visual presentation and image according to Loro Piana standards
- Manage inventory, visual merchandising displays, and back-office administrative tasks
- Assist in the preparation, execution, and management of in-store events and activations
Qualifications
- Education in Fashion, Retail, Economics, Communication, or related disciplines
- Demonstrated passion for the luxury sector
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and customer-centric approach
- Proactive, curious mindset with collaborative spirit
