Loro Piana seeks a Client Advisor for a temporary full-time position in Ibiza, Spain. Deliver luxury retail excellence with 3+ years of experience in personalized client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, personalized relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Utilize client information, preferences, and purchasing history to tailor recommendations and enhance the shopping experience
- Proactively engage with clients through in-store visits, phone calls, and digital platforms
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product offerings, retail environment, and competitive landscape
- Provide expert assistance and guidance during clients' shopping experiences
- Actively contribute to business objectives by achieving sales targets and store KPIs
- Regularly input and update customer information in the CRM system to track interactions and identify sales opportunities
- Deliver exceptional client experience and create memorable moments during store visits
- Tell compelling brand narratives about the Maison's heritage, savoir faire, and values with passion and empathy
- Follow the Maison's selling ceremony and protocols with authenticity
- Ensure proper aftercare service and elegant resolution of client issues
- Collaborate with fellow Client Advisors and store management to share insights and best practices
- Maintain a well-organized, visually appealing store environment
- Embody LVMH culture and serve as an ambassador of brand values
- Apply all compliance regulations and guidelines concerning client data and store operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience as a Client Advisor in a luxury boutique
- Aligned with Loro Piana brand identity and detail-oriented
- Passionate and highly motivated regarding Loro Piana products and brand
- Excellent interpersonal, teamworking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong stress management, flexibility, and adaptability
- Fluent English, both spoken and written
- Proficiency in additional languages preferred
