Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through expert selling techniques, product knowledge and proactive clienteling.
  • Welcome and assist clients with a hospitality-driven approach, building and maintaining long-term customer relationships and an up-to-date client book.
  • Deliver personalised, high‑touch service consistent with Loro Piana standards, including after‑sales care and bespoke requests.
  • Support day-to-day store operations: maintain sales floor presentation, merchandise displays and overall store image.
  • Contribute to stock management and back‑office tasks to ensure product availability and accurate inventory control.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience; experience in luxury or premium fashion retail strongly preferred.
  • Native Cantonese speaker required.
  • Service-oriented with demonstrable clienteling skills and strong interpersonal communication.
  • Enthusiastic, sincere attitude with a collaborative team spirit and professional presentation.
