Loro Piana Client Advisor — Hong Kong (Harbour City). On-site full-time role delivering luxury clienteling and driving retail sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through expert selling techniques, deep product knowledge and disciplined clienteling.
- Proactively engage, welcome and host clients, delivering personalised service that reinforces Loro Piana’s brand values.
- Build and maintain an up-to-date client book and develop long-term customer relationships through follow-up and tailored outreach.
- Maintain pristine store presentation and merchandising standards; ensure floor displays and merchandise reflect the brand image.
- Support stock management activities, including inventory control, replenishment and back-office organisation.
- Collaborate closely with the shop team to contribute to overall store performance and deliver seamless customer service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ retail sales experience, ideally within luxury fashion or premium leather goods.
- Native Cantonese speaker (mandatory) with strong spoken Cantonese; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Demonstrable clienteling skills and a service-oriented mindset; able to convert relationships into recurrent sales.
- Enthusiastic, sincere attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team while managing personal sales targets.
