Loro Piana is seeking a full-time Client Advisor in Hangzhou to drive sales, deliver a distinctive client experience, build lasting client relationships and support daily store operations. The role requires at least two years of relevant luxury retail or service-industry experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and achieve business objectives, taking responsibility for sales performance.
- Understand clients’ needs and provide professional recommendations, delivering an exceptional client experience in line with brand standards.
- Engage proactively with clients and build long-term relationships; use client relationship tools to strengthen brand loyalty.
- Assist with daily store operations, including organizing merchandise and maintaining displays.
- Learn and maintain knowledge of the brand and its products.
- Comply with appearance, presentation and conduct standards.
- Follow company policies and procedures rigorously.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher.
- At least two years of experience in luxury retail or a service industry such as an international five-star hotel.
- Excellent sales and client-service skills, with the ability to maintain strong client relationships.
- Awareness of lifestyle and fashion trends; outgoing, positive and enthusiastic.
- Sincere, eager to learn, diligent and conscientious, with strong teamwork skills.
- Standard Mandarin; conversational English is preferred.
- Basic computer skills.
