Loro Piana seeks a Client Advisor in Dubai to deliver exceptional luxury retail service and drive client loyalty through expert product consultation and brand representation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute the complete sales process according to Loro Piana's proprietary selling ceremony and brand standards, ensuring exceptional client experience at every touchpoint
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all categories and actively participate in all product training and presentations
- Develop and nurture client relationships through strategic follow-up and after-sales service, converting transactions into lasting brand loyalty
- Manage client inquiries, claims, and special requests with supervisor support, preserving brand reputation through professional resolution
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain real-time stock awareness to optimize availability and sales potential
- Ensure meticulous visual merchandising maintenance within assigned sectors and assist with seasonal rotations and end-of-year inventory cycles
- Foster a collaborative, professional store environment through teamwork and attention to individual performance standards
- Uphold security protocols and vigilantly communicate any discrepancies or concerns to management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrable experience as a Client Advisor or equivalent luxury retail sales role
- Deep understanding of luxury brand values and proven ability to embody brand identity consistently
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail

Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in luxury boutique retail or equivalent client-facing luxury sales environment, demonstrating proficiency in consultative selling and brand representation.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; further qualifications in luxury retail, hospitality, or business are advantageous.
