Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to team performance and store objectives.
- Deliver personalised, client-focused service and cultivate long-term client relationships through proactive outreach and after‑sales support.
- Maintain and update client records to enable tailored communications and clienteling activities.
- Provide expert product knowledge to guide clients through curated selections and drive conversion.
- Support store visual merchandising standards and maintain presentation of merchandise and displays.
- Collaborate with store leadership to implement action plans that optimise sales and operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to enhance sales growth, client experience and in‑store processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably within luxury retail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP; comfortable learning and using store digital tools.
- Demonstrable customer service excellence, strong teamwork and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Working knowledge of store operations, sales processes and inventory control.
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds as required for visual merchandising and stock handling.

Experience
Minimum three years of direct sales experience, ideally in a luxury or premium retail environment with a proven record of meeting sales targets and delivering personalised client service.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 25 to USD 28 per hour.
