Role & Responsibilities
- Consistently exceed individual sales targets while contributing to team revenue objectives and upholding Loro Piana service standards.
- Develop and apply in-depth product knowledge to consult clients and drive conversion.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through personalised follow-up and after-sales support (clienteling).
- Capture, maintain and leverage client data to personalise future interactions and sales opportunities.
- Provide proactive, high-touch client engagement on the sales floor to promote product ranges and curate buying experiences.
- Collaborate with store colleagues and leadership to execute action plans that improve sales performance and operational efficiency.
- Ensure store presentation and displays meet visual merchandising guidelines and brand standards.
- Support inventory management and basic sales operations to maintain accuracy and availability.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales or sales-support experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP; comfortable with digital sales and CRM tools.
- Excellent client-facing communication, attention to detail and a service-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain client relationships and meet sales targets.
- Physical ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds as required by store operations.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years in sales or sales-support roles, with demonstrable achievement in meeting or exceeding sales targets; prior experience in luxury retail preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in retail, fashion, or customer service is preferred.
