Loro Piana is hiring a Client Advisor in Cortina d'Ampezzo, Italy — provide exceptional luxury client service and drive in-store sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain personalised client relationships to foster loyalty and generate repeat business.
- Use client preferences and purchase history to tailor recommendations and proactively identify new sales opportunities.
- Deliver expert product advice and engaging storytelling that reflects the Maison’s heritage and craftsmanship.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and contribute to store KPIs through consultative selling.
- Record and update client records in the CRM to ensure high-quality data and enable targeted clienteling.
- Provide impeccable after-sales care, resolving client issues with discretion and professionalism.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to share client insights, support visual standards, and maintain an organised boutique environment.
- Apply HQ guidelines and compliance requirements, including client data protection and store operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Client Advisor or similar role in a luxury boutique, with demonstrable clienteling results.
- Strong alignment with the Loro Piana brand identity; meticulous attention to detail and presentation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy and polished communication; ability to tell compelling product stories.
- Resilience under pressure, flexibility with scheduling, and strong problem-solving aptitude.
- Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level to early-career candidates with prior retail experience in luxury boutiques are preferred. Proven familiarity with clienteling and CRM-driven sales, along with a track record of meeting sales objectives, is highly valued.
Education
High-school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in retail, luxury retail, fashion merchandising or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
