Client Advisor position at Loro Piana in Bicester, UK. Full-time luxury retail role with 3+ years' boutique experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute the sales process in strict accordance with Loro Piana Selling Ceremony and Company standards
- Provide and maintain a high level of customer service whilst managing commercial relations to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Participate in store and department meetings and maintain alignment with brand qualitative standards during sales and after-sales interactions
- Ensure efficient after-sales service to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty whilst promoting the brand image
- Manage customer claims with supervisor support and turn every customer touchpoint into a positive brand experience
- Communicate collected client information to management and execute follow-up on customer requests
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge across all categories and participate in all product presentations conducted in the store
- Ensure appropriate maintenance and care of store displays and products; display merchandise according to established procedures
- Maintain awareness of store stock levels to optimise sales performance and participate in inventory counts
- Monitor assigned store position to prevent theft and losses in cooperation with colleagues
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience as a Client Advisor in a luxury boutique
- Demonstrated alignment with brand identity and meticulous attention to detail
- Genuine passion and high motivation for Loro Piana products and the brand
- Excellent interpersonal, teamworking, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated stress management, flexibility, and adaptability in a retail environment
