Role & Responsibilities

  • Exceed personal sales goals and foster continuous growth within a team environment while maintaining Loro Piana standards.
  • Develop and utilize comprehensive product knowledge to enhance the sales process.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for clients and contribute to the store's overall success.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships by following up on purchases and providing after-sales support.
  • Collect and update client information to improve future interactions and tailor services to individual preferences.
  • Engage actively with clients to promote products, offer personalized assistance, and drive sales growth.
  • Oversee the maintenance of store displays to ensure alignment with visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Work with store leadership to execute action plans aimed at enhancing sales performance.
  • Identify key opportunities for optimizing sales growth and operational efficiencies.
  • Serve as a role model for company values.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or sales support, preferably in a luxury retail environment.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools. Excellent attention to detail, customer service, and teamwork skills. General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management. Physical ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or sales support, ideally within the luxury retail sector, is required.

This position is based in Beverly Hills, California, USA, within easy reach of Los Angeles.

Compensation

The salary range is $25 to $28 USD per hour, with flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure.
