The Client Advisor drives sales objectives, delivers expert recommendations and exceptional client experiences, builds lasting client relationships, and supports daily store operations. The role is full-time and based at Beijing SKP.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and achieve assigned objectives, taking responsibility for sales performance.
- Understand clients’ needs and provide professional recommendations while delivering an exceptional client experience in line with brand standards.
- Engage proactively with clients and build long-term, positive relationships; use client relationship tools to strengthen brand loyalty.
- Support daily store operations, including product organization and maintaining displays.
- Learn and maintain knowledge of the brand and its products.
- Comply with appearance, presentation and conduct standards.
- Follow company policies and work procedures.
- Complete other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- College diploma or higher.
- At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a service industry such as an international five-star hotel.
- Strong sales and client service skills, with the ability to maintain positive client relationships.
- Awareness of lifestyle and fashion trends; an outgoing, positive and enthusiastic personality.
- Sincere, eager to learn, diligent and conscientious, with a strong team spirit.
- Standard Mandarin; everyday conversational English is preferred.
- Basic computer skills.
