Loro Piana seeks a Client Advisor in Bangkok, Thailand. Drive luxury sales through clienteling expertise and deliver exceptional customer experiences in this permanent, on-site role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets through effective selling techniques, clienteling mastery, and comprehensive product knowledge while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service and cultivate long-term client relationships through attentive engagement and personalized attention
- Proactively recruit new clients while retaining and upgrading existing clientele through strategic clienteling initiatives and superior service delivery
- Manage daily store operations to ensure optimal stock management and efficient back-of-house organization
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in luxury fashion retail or similar capacity
- Proven expertise in clienteling within a luxury retail environment
- Proficiency in English; additional languages highly advantageous
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury fashion retail, luxury goods, or equivalent role, with demonstrated expertise in clienteling practices and high-volume sales environments.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; additional training in luxury retail or hospitality is a plus.
