Loro Piana seeks a Client Advisor in Bangkok, Thailand to drive luxury sales and foster client relationships in its Icon Siam boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets through effective selling techniques, clienteling, and product knowledge whilst preserving the highest standards of customer satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service and establish long-term client relationships
- Proactively recruit new clients and retain existing clients through effective clienteling and service delivery
- Manage daily store operations to ensure stock and back-of-house areas are well-organised and efficient
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in luxury fashion retail or similar capacity
- Proven expertise in clienteling within a luxury retail environment
- Proficiency in English
- Flexible availability to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays on a rotating roster
