Loro Piana in Borgosesia seeks a CITES & Export Certification Intern to support export compliance and CITES documentation on-site.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide operational support to the CITES & Export Certification Specialist in daily tasks and projects.
- Maintain and update databases tracking CITES‑listed species, trade flows and relevant resolutions.
- Assist in drafting and formatting CITES-related documents, export certificates and internal reports.
- Consolidate data from cross‑functional teams to support compliance reporting and case files.
- Manage document archiving and ensure accurate record keeping for audits and regulatory purposes.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive and flexible approach to tasks.
- Effective team player with clear interpersonal and written communication skills.
- High level of computer literacy and comfort working with databases and spreadsheets.
