Loro Piana seeks Associate CRM Manager in New York to drive client engagement and CRM analytics across the Americas region.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain recurring CRM reports, ensuring timely, accurate, and actionable insights
- Monitor CRM KPIs and client performance to identify trends, performance drivers, and areas of opportunity across the region
- Conduct client analysis across stores, product launches, events, and key seasonal or ad-hoc initiatives
- Generate client insights and recommendations to support regional business priorities
- Execute CRM campaigns across product launches, events, seasonal gifting, and other key client moments
- Build and maintain targeted client lists to support clienteling activities and business priorities
- Track campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations to optimize future results
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination for assigned CRM projects and initiatives
- Serve as a key user of CRM and business intelligence tools, providing support, guidance, and troubleshooting to retail teams
- Maintain CRM data quality through client profile management, including merges, reassignments, and issue resolution
- Support store training and adoption of CRM tools and clienteling best practices
- Partner with store and cross-functional teams to drive CRM execution and the achievement of key CRM KPIs
- Manage the ordering, tracking, and deployment of seasonal gifting programs throughout the year
Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems, business intelligence tools, and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and data integrity
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Analytics, Marketing, or a related field
Skills
Experience
3–5 years of work experience in CRM, customer management, client development, data analytics, clienteling, or a related field, preferably in the luxury, fashion, or retail industry. Experience working with CRM platforms and Business Intelligence reporting tools preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree required; Business, Economics, Analytics, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
