Role & Responsibilities

• Support the Team Manager and Store Director in achieving quantitative and qualitative store targets through active involvement in sales, client acquisition and business development.
• Act as a visible ambassador of brand values; ensure the team consistently applies Loro Piana selling etiquette and operational standards.
• Drive client management and CRM activities: coordinate the team to maintain exemplary service levels, support private client initiatives and personally manage relationships with top-tier customers as required.
• Contribute to people management and talent development by supporting goal-setting, performance monitoring and implementation of learning & development programmes for the sales team.
• Oversee visual merchandising standards and the upkeep of window displays to ensure strict alignment with Central Visual Merchandising Guidelines.
• Manage daily store operations and administrative workflows, including cash handling, opening/closing procedures, sales reconciliations and exception reporting.
• Supervise security, health & safety and loss-prevention procedures; deliver training to the team to maintain robust operational controls.
• Coordinate with logistics and suppliers to optimise inventory flow, supplier invoicing and store supply management.

Qualifications

• A minimum of three years' experience in luxury retail or high-end client-facing sales, with demonstrable commercial results.
• Proven ability to support or lead a retail team, including coaching, performance follow-up and implementing development plans.
• Strong clienteling orientation with experience using CRM processes and delivering bespoke customer experiences.
• Excellent organisational skills with a track record of overseeing store operations, cash control and administrative procedures.
• Solid understanding of visual merchandising principles and the ability to enforce brand presentation standards.
• Professional demeanour, discretion with high-net-worth clients, and the capacity to manage sensitive customer relationships.

Experience

Minimum three years of progressive experience in luxury retail or related high-end sales roles, including exposure to people management, clienteling and store operations.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in retail, luxury goods, business or a related field preferred; vocational qualifications in merchandising or retail management acceptable.
