Loro Piana seeks an Assistant Store Manager in São Paulo, Brazil to drive sales performance and maintain brand standards in a luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the selling environment and ensure adherence to floor assignments with impeccable customer service standards
- Provide outstanding customer service and lead by example in a respectful selling environment
- Maximize sales performance of staff through product knowledge education, coaching, and clientele skills development
- Monitor individual transaction statistics and provide timely feedback and direction to sales professionals
- Ensure consistent enforcement of all policies, procedures, and operational directives across the store
- Communicate Loro Piana standards and expectations to management and sales teams
- Analyze and review sales associate performance metrics and hold staff accountable for service and sales goals
- Assist sales professionals in achieving individual targets through suggestive selling techniques and coaching
