Loro Piana Hong Kong seeks an Assistant Store Manager with 7+ years luxury retail experience for its airport boutique. Lead team, manage VIP clients, and oversee operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as store manager in the absence of the Store Manager
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to ensure professional growth and product knowledge alignment
- Define and monitor quantitative and qualitative sales goals, analyze monthly results, and prepare yearly evaluations
- Manage store supervisors and ensure consistent implementation of company procedures
- Cultivate and manage customer relationships with emphasis on VIP clientele, maintaining records and reporting to the Store Manager
- Implement systematic clientele action plans and monitor CRM KPIs across the team
- Oversee visual merchandising standards, window displays, and product presentation in compliance with central guidelines
- Ensure execution of security procedures, asset protection protocols, and strongbox management
- Conduct team training on loss prevention and security protocols in coordination with the Store Manager and Regional Operations Manager
- Supervise stock activities, monitor stockroom conditions, and support the Stock Assistant
- Coordinate with finance and operations on annual closure, inventory counts, and fiscal procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years' experience in luxury boutique retail, preferably with prior Store Manager experience in small-format locations
- Demonstrated expertise in luxury goods and fashion history
- Fluent proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin Chinese
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook; SAP Retail experience preferred
- Strong coaching, communication, and leadership skills
- Detail-oriented with aligned brand identity and passion for Loro Piana
