Loro Piana — Assistant Store Manager in Dallas, TX. Full‑time, on‑site retail management role supporting sales, team leadership and store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in driving sales performance through coaching, task delegation and maintaining exemplary service and selling standards.
- Develop and sustain high-value client relationships, leading VIC initiatives and ensuring an elevated clienteling experience.
- Coach, mentor and appraise retail staff; identify development opportunities and contribute to recruitment in partnership with HR.
- Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, scheduling, cycle counts, stock consolidations and fiscal inventory.
- Manage after‑sales processes (alterations, repairs, spare parts) and escalate facilities or maintenance issues to ensure store safety and functionality.
- Control store expenses related to P&L (shipping, supplies, alterations) and ensure strict adherence to internal procedures, labor laws and safety regulations.
- Facilitate communication between store teams, the Store Manager and corporate partners to align execution on commercial priorities and operational initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of management and sales experience, preferably within luxury retail.
- Demonstrable leadership experience with the ability to coach, develop and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Strong commercial acumen, with proven experience in stock control, inventory processes and basic P&L awareness.
- Availability to work weekends and travel as required; ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP; comfortable using digital sales and reporting tools.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in retail sales, ideally within a luxury fashion or leather-goods environment. Track record of meeting sales targets, leading teams, managing inventory cycles and participating in recruitment processes.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, fashion or a related discipline preferred.
