Role & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Store Manager to oversee store team operations through task delegation, performance management, and storytelling-based product knowledge delivery aligned with luxury service standards
• Identify opportunities for sales growth optimization and operational efficiencies while facilitating communication between store team, Store Director, and corporate partners
• Support the sales process by ensuring highest-level luxury service delivery and managing critical situations with professionalism
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with top clients through VIC (Very Important Client) initiatives reflecting elevated brand positioning
• Partner with Store Manager to enhance product knowledge, develop service standards, and provide coaching and feedback to foster professional team growth
• Create career development plans and identify growth opportunities for all team members; participate in recruitment and selection of new staff
• Lead team meetings to communicate store performance updates and key priorities
• Manage operational procedures including inventory management, cycle counts, stock consolidations, and fiscal inventory audits
• Oversee after-sales processes including alterations, repairs, and spare parts handling
• Enforce proper execution of internal procedures, visual merchandising guidelines, and stockroom operations to align inventory with sales potential
• Monitor store facilities and maintenance issues to ensure safety and functionality; manage store expenses including shipping, supplies, and alterations within budget constraints
• Communicate business risks and threats to store team; enforce labor laws, safety procedures, and sales regulations with corporate support

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of management and sales experience, preferably in luxury retail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools
• Excellent leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong knowledge of sales operations and inventory management
• Ability to travel and work weekends as required
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
• Demonstrated expertise in client relationship building and VIC management

Experience

Minimum 5 years of progressive management and sales experience in a luxury retail environment, with proven track record of team development, sales optimization, and operational excellence.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or related field preferred.
