Loro Piana seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Beverly Hills, California to support retail operations, drive sales performance, and lead a luxury retail team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to oversee store team performance through task delegation, performance management, and comprehensive product knowledge development to uphold service and selling standards
- Identify and execute opportunities for optimizing sales growth and operational efficiencies across all store functions
- Facilitate communication between store team, Store Manager, and corporate partners to ensure alignment on sales objectives and strategic initiatives
- Support the sales process by delivering exceptional luxury service and managing critical situations with professionalism
- Develop and manage strong relationships with top-tier clients through VIC initiatives that reinforce brand prestige
- Oversee team coaching, feedback provision, and professional development to foster a productive work environment and support career advancement
- Partner in recruitment and selection of team members in collaboration with HR partners
- Lead regular team meetings to communicate store performance metrics and strategic priorities
- Manage comprehensive operational procedures including inventory cycles, stock consolidations, fiscal inventory audits, and strategic scheduling
- Oversee the After-Sales process including alterations, repairs, and spare parts management
- Monitor store facilities and maintenance requirements, reporting issues promptly to ensure safety and operational functionality
- Manage store expenses and profit-and-loss responsibilities including shipping, receiving, supplies, and alterations within budgeted parameters
- Enforce compliance with labor laws, safety procedures, and sales regulations in coordination with corporate partners
Qualifications
- 3+ years of management and sales experience in luxury retail environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP systems
- Demonstrated excellence in leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong operational and inventory management knowledge
- Ability to work on-site, including weekends, with flexibility to travel as required
- Physical capability to lift and move up to 40 pounds regularly
