Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in all aspects of daily store operations, ensuring adherence to luxury service and selling standards.
- Drive sales performance by identifying growth opportunities, coaching the sales team, and contributing to VIP/VIC client initiatives.
- Delegate tasks and manage team performance through regular coaching, feedback, and development planning.
- Oversee inventory procedures including cycle counts, stock consolidation, fiscal inventory and reconciliation.
- Manage after-sales service processes such as alterations, repairs and spare parts to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Ensure accurate execution of administrative tasks, scheduling, opening/closing procedures and store reporting.
- Control store expenses and contribute to profit-and-loss management by optimizing shipping, supplies and alteration costs.
- Serve as the escalation point for client issues and operational incidents, liaising with corporate partners to resolve critical situations.
- Participate in recruitment and onboarding activities in partnership with HR; lead store meetings to align on performance and priorities.
- Report facilities and maintenance issues promptly to safeguard store safety and functionality and enforce compliance with labor and sales regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of management and sales experience, preferably within luxury retail.
- Demonstrated leadership with experience in coaching, performance management and team development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP; comfortable with retail digital tools and reporting systems.
- Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to drive sales and manage inventory operations.
- Excellent clienteling skills and experience managing VIP/VIC clientele.
- Availability to work weekends and travel as required; ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.

Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 139,000 to USD 154,000 per annum.
