Loro Piana seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support sales performance, team development, client relationships, daily operations, manpower planning, and stock activities in Bangkok. This is a permanent, full-time, on-site position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Uphold the Maison’s corporate image and ensure the team reflects it.
- Support the Store Manager in optimizing overall sales performance, motivating the team to drive the business, serving as a reference point for the sales process, and developing the team’s product knowledge and selling skills.
- Closely monitor the sales team to foster cohesion and coordinate activities, maintaining a motivated and competent team.
- Maintain excellent client relationships and use clienteling tools to deliver a high level of client experience and satisfaction.
- Help manage critical situations arising from the sales process or involving clients, ensuring they are handled and resolved effectively.
- Apply Company store procedures, oversee daily store operations, and support the Store Manager with manpower planning.
- Supervise stock activities and coordinate the relevant team, intervening when required.
Qualifications
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in high-end fashion, the luxury industry, or a similar capacity.
- Pleasant, self-motivated, positive, and outgoing personality.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Native-level Thai; fluency in English and other spoken and written languages is an advantage.
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
