Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the back‑of‑house team to ensure accurate execution of shipment processing, stockroom organisation and merchandise logistics.
  • Oversee inventory control activities including cycle counts, audits, discrepancy investigations, reservations and consignments.
  • Manage after‑sales operations: track alterations and repairs, coordinate vendor performance, and reconcile system updates.
  • Partner with Store Manager and sales teams to align replenishment strategies with sales performance and deliver a superior client experience.
  • Monitor and report operational KPIs and controllable expenses; contribute to loss‑prevention and process optimisation initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures and brand standards for stockroom presentation and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of progressive retail operations or back‑of‑house management experience, preferably within luxury fashion.
  • Proven people management skills with experience coaching teams and driving accountability.
  • Demonstrable expertise in inventory reconciliation, cycle counting and loss‑prevention practices.
  • Strong organisational aptitude with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; client‑service orientation.
