Role & Responsibilities
- Support the PR & Communications Manager in designing and executing regional PR strategies and campaigns aligned with global brand standards.
- Coordinate with Loro Piana HQ, external agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and seamless project delivery across APAC.
- Manage media relations, cultivate relationships with key journalists, stylists and talent, and act as a regional contact for press enquiries.
- Provide event management support for PR activations including Press Days, store openings, pop‑ups, Milan Fashion Week presentations and press trips, ensuring on‑site coordination and logistics.
- Oversee PR sample operations: rotation, tracking, inventory control and liaison with stores and showrooms.
- Prepare regular editorial planning and coverage reports for HQ and contribute to competitor and market visibility analyses via the DMR platform.
- Monitor PR and communications budgets, maintaining accurate records and supporting financial efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience in public relations, preferably within luxury fashion or premium retail.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
- Deep understanding of the luxury retail landscape and media ecosystem in APAC.
- Willingness to travel regionally; established media and influencer network across APAC preferred.
- Experience in influencer marketing and event planning is advantageous.
