Loro Piana seeks an Assistant Client Advisor in New York (Madison Avenue). Full-time, on-site; $24–$27/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional hospitality and bespoke service throughout the sales process to uphold Loro Piana standards and elevate the client experience.
- Provide dedicated sales support and administrative assistance to the client advisors, including transaction handling and operational tasks.
- Maintain and enrich client records within the CRM and clienteling app; execute personalized outreach (emails, phone calls, hand-written notes) to drive sales and nurture relationships.
- Support visual merchandising and ensure store displays conform to brand guidelines and are replenished for optimal presentation.
- Collaborate with store management and sales colleagues to manage inventory, restock merchandise and ensure product accessibility.
- Promote new product launches and tailored offers through targeted client communication to increase awareness and conversion.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of sales or sales-support experience, ideally within luxury retail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP and clienteling/CRM platforms.
- Exceptional attention to detail, refined client service skills and strong teamwork orientation.
- Working knowledge of sales operations, merchandising and inventory procedures.
- Ability to safely lift and move up to 40 pounds.

Experience
At least 2 years of demonstrated experience in sales or sales support, preferably in a luxury retail environment with direct client interaction and CRM usage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, fashion, retail or related field preferred.
