Loro Piana seeks Area Visual Manager in Miami, FL to lead visual merchandising execution across multiple luxury retail locations with $75K–$85K annual salary.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute all visual merchandising actions aligned with the visual strategy and business results objectives delivered by the Regional Visual Manager and business partners
- Conduct weekly meetings with the Regional Visual Manager to align on rotation schedules, installation planning, travel agendas, VM creative guidelines, store visit insights, and team communications
- Facilitate weekly touch bases with all business partners to coordinate travel, rotations, floor planning, business reactivity, product knowledge development, and visual opportunities
- Manage and execute all visual merchandising rotations in partnership with regional and in-store teams whilst adhering to global VM guidelines to ensure brand integrity
- Develop and maintain accountable relationships within the wholesale channel to sustain brand visual expectations across visual managers, business partners, floor managers, and department heads
- Create extraordinary displays that convey brand mood and theme whilst balancing commerciality and cross-selling opportunities across retail and wholesale channels
- Manage visual merchandising maintenance, store environments, and technical execution of all client-facing areas including windows, interiors, mannequin styling, and fixture placement
- Collaborate with business partners and in-store teams to ensure visual merchandising inventory is well-organized and maintained
- Guide and facilitate visual merchandising and product knowledge training throughout seasonal periods, new staff onboarding, and identify training opportunities with constructive feedback
- Propose elevated display solutions to the Regional Visual Manager and Director of Visual Merchandising in alignment with brand vision
- Develop visual strategies with business partners to support peak seasonal periods including rotation scheduling, window styling, and collection placement

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of visual merchandising or related experience in luxury retail or fashion
- Strong visual skills and refined aesthetic sensibility
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities

Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Merchandising, Visual Arts, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
