Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop internal trade schools, analysing business requirements, designing course curricula and structures, identifying and coordinating with internal and external instructors, and monitoring training effectiveness and outcomes
  • Implement and manage collaborative projects with regional technical schools to support employer branding and recruitment initiatives
  • Organize strategic activities and events in coordination with the LVMH Group, including the You&ME Tour and partnerships such as Adopt a School via Altagamma
  • Codify internal technical knowledge through creation and maintenance of training manuals in both digital and print formats to support all learning initiatives
  • Manage budget allocation and financial tracking for Academy programmes
  • Oversee stakeholder relationships with business partners, continuously monitoring shared objectives and ensuring alignment between training goals and business priorities
  • Lead potential projects including implementation of new trade schools, recruitment and training initiatives for new facilities or product categories, and contribution to the LVMH Maison des Métiers workshop development

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in roles involving training programme development and project management
  • Demonstrated excellence in event management and organizational capabilities
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex technical and specialized terminology
