L’Oréal Luxe is hiring Material Movement Specialists for its fulfillment center in Monmouth Junction, New Jersey. The permanent, full-time role supports the accurate and safe flow of materials across receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping; the schedule is Wednesday–Saturday, 4:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m., with overtime as needed. Starting pay is $21+ per hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Move materials physically throughout the fulfillment center and process accurate transactions in the computer system.
- Handle materials in receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping areas.
- Maintain inventory integrity and ensure the smooth flow of goods to meet customer demand.
Qualifications
- Commitment to attendance and punctuality.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to lift, pull, push, and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis; immigration support or sponsorship is not offered.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Forklift operation experience preferred; certification is a plus.
- Radio Frequency (RF) scanner experience preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred.
