About L’Oréal Luxe
L’Oréal Luxe is the L’Oréal division responsible for luxury fragrance, makeup and skincare. It operates beauty houses including Lancôme, Kiehl’s and Aesop, and develops products under licence for fashion houses including Prada and Giorgio Armani.
The Warehouse Associate ensures luxury products move safely and accurately through L’Oréal Luxe’s distribution center in Mönchengladbach and reports directly to the Warehouse Team Leader. The permanent role covers inbound and outbound goods handling, equipment operation, inventory accuracy, and sustainable warehouse practices.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound goods flows, safely load and unload trucks, and inspect incoming goods for damage.
- Operate material-handling equipment, including reach trucks and order pickers, in strict compliance with safety and ergonomic standards.
- Coordinate put-away, automated picking, and replenishment for high-volume retail and e-commerce orders.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through active participation in regular stocktakes and inventory checks.
- Support the “L’Oréal for the Future” sustainability goals through consistent waste sorting and high cleanliness standards.
Qualifications
- Substantial experience managing goods receipt, staging, replenishment, and shipping.
- A valid material-handling equipment operator permit and practical experience safely operating industrial trucks.
- Routine in using mobile barcode scanners and digital warehouse management systems.
- A trained eye for bottlenecks in warehouse workflows and opportunities to reduce operational waste.
- Enjoys cross-shift collaboration, communicates clearly, and supports colleagues as part of a team.
