L’Oréal Luxe is seeking a Travelling Beauty Advisor to represent its luxury beauty brands across counters around Sydney CBD, driving sales and delivering personalised makeup consultations and client experiences. This is a permanent casual role, with flexible work arrangements considered.
Role & Responsibilities
- Travel and work across multiple beauty counters around Sydney CBD, representing a portfolio of luxury beauty brands.
- Drive sales and exceed performance targets through exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
- Build expertise in makeup, skincare, and fragrance, keeping up with the latest trends.
- Provide personalised makeup consultations and application services tailored to each client's features and preferences.
- Create a luxurious, personalised shopping experience for every client.
Qualifications
- Consistently exceed sales targets and performance indicators in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients to foster a positive and productive environment.
- Background in Makeup Artistry, Beauty Therapy, or a similar field.
- Passion for luxury beauty and the ability to create memorable client experiences and build lasting relationships.
