L’Oréal Luxe seeks a permanent, casual Travelling Beauty Advisor to work across beauty counters around Chatswood, representing a portfolio of luxury beauty brands. The role focuses on sales performance, exceptional service, personalised makeup consultations and application, and a tailored client experience; commission, training, ongoing support and career progression pathways are offered.
Role & Responsibilities
- Work across beauty counters around Chatswood, representing a portfolio of luxury beauty brands.
- Drive sales and exceed performance targets by delivering exceptional customer service and sharing product enthusiasm.
- Build expertise in makeup, skincare and fragrance, and stay current with trends.
- Provide personalised makeup consultations and application services tailored to each client's features and preferences.
- Create a luxurious, personalised beauty-shopping experience for every client.
- Build lasting client relationships and memorable experiences.
Qualifications
- A proven track record in luxury retail.
- Consistently exceed sales targets and performance indicators in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Background in Makeup Artistry, Beauty Therapy or a similar field.
- Demonstrate a genuine passion for luxury beauty and the ability to create memorable client experiences.
