L’Oréal Luxe is seeking a Travelling Beauty Advisor to represent its luxury beauty brands across counters in Perth, south of the river, delivering personalised makeup services and exceptional client experiences while driving sales. The role is casual, with an attractive commission scheme, extensive training, ongoing support and career progression pathways.
Role & Responsibilities
- Travel and work across beauty counters in Perth, south of the river, representing a portfolio of luxury beauty brands.
- Drive sales and exceed performance targets through exceptional customer service and product enthusiasm.
- Serve as a trusted expert in makeup, skincare and fragrance, keeping up with current trends.
- Provide personalised makeup consultations and application services tailored to each client.
- Create a luxurious, personalised shopping experience and build lasting client relationships.
Qualifications
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment while consistently exceeding sales targets and performance indicators.
- Connect and collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Have a background in Makeup Artistry, Beauty Therapy or a similar field.
- Demonstrate a genuine interest in luxury beauty and the ability to create memorable client experiences.
