L’Oréal Luxe is the L’Oréal division responsible for luxury fragrance, makeup and skincare. It operates beauty houses including Lancôme, Kiehl’s and Aesop, and develops products under licence for fashion houses including Prada and Giorgio Armani.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the store team to deliver an exceptional consumer experience and exceed retail performance targets across the brand portfolio.
• Coach the team to provide excellent luxury service across brands and store touchpoints, using feedback to maintain high service standards.
• Represent L’Oréal Luxe as a brand ambassador, delivering personalised service and upholding merchandising standards.
• Demonstrate products, immerse customers in brand histories, provide tailored product knowledge, tips and techniques, and introduce services across beauty categories and beauty technology offerings.
• Inform new and existing customers about in-store events, promotions and brand activations; represent L’Oréal Luxe brands on internal and external social media platforms in accordance with company guidelines.
• Develop and execute retail plans to achieve and exceed store targets and KPIs, identify risks and opportunities, and support long-term growth and profitability.
• Create and implement an annual calendar of events and animations that generate memorable customer experiences and growth across the store portfolio.
• Develop creative ideas and innovative strategies to grow new business, leveraging product launches and brand anniversaries.
• Build and maintain a loyal VIP customer base to foster long-term relationships and repeat business.
• Lead the recruitment and selection of Beauty Advisors.
• Lead onboarding and comprehensive training for new team members, introduce them to the L’Oréal Luxe portfolio, and support their continued development.
• Provide regular coaching and timely feedback on productivity, service, product knowledge and selling skills; recognise achievements and identify development areas.
• Monitor team performance, identify underperformance and implement strategies to improve results.
• Address and resolve team HR issues to support a positive, productive work environment.
• Implement brand visual merchandising guidelines and maintain luxury counter standards, including hygiene, housekeeping, cleanliness, organisation and presentation.
• Participate in team activities and complete required training to maintain current product knowledge and brand expertise.
• Complete daily and weekly administrative tasks, online and offline, using Tamigo and One Retail.
• Maintain adequate stock levels, including top-performing SKUs, and manage testers and point-of-sale materials.
