About L’Oréal Luxe
L’Oréal Luxe is the L’Oréal division responsible for luxury fragrance, makeup and skincare. It operates beauty houses including Lancôme, Kiehl’s and Aesop, and develops products under licence for fashion houses including Prada and Giorgio Armani.
The six-month Supply Chain Launch Internship at L’Oréal’s Lassigny factory supports makeup product launches, launch schedules and KPIs, as well as continuous-improvement projects. The intern joins the Launch team and earns €1,700 gross per month, with one day of leave per month.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate product launches in the assigned makeup portfolio, serving as the primary liaison among production, planning, procurement, quality, supply chain and development teams.
- Maintain launch schedules, anticipate bottlenecks and relay alerts to the team.
- Track launch-specific KPIs and provide teams with clear, effective weekly updates.
- Identify low-value tasks in the role and propose or implement improvements, including standardization and simplification.
- Help optimize existing tracking tools, including dashboards and shared files, to improve reliability and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bac+5 qualification, such as an engineering degree, or a qualification specializing in Supply Chain.
- Genuine interest in the industrial sector.
- Organized and rigorous, with responsiveness and the ability to make recommendations.
- Strong integration and analytical abilities, energy, listening skills and commitment.
- Sensitivity to products and comfort working on the shop floor.
- Excellent command of Excel.
- Good level of English.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
