L’Oréal Luxe is the L’Oréal division responsible for luxury fragrance, makeup and skincare. It operates beauty houses including Lancôme, Kiehl’s and Aesop, and develops products under licence for fashion houses including Prada and Giorgio Armani.
L’Oréal Luxe is recruiting a Supply Chain Intern for a six-month internship starting in March 2027 at its Aulnay-sous-Bois factory. The intern will support supply, production planning and procurement, continuous improvement, data reporting and factory projects; compensation is €1,700 gross per month.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the factory’s Supply Chain activities through operational assignments in production planning or component procurement from suppliers.
- Implement continuous improvement projects by analysing existing processes and proposing improvements.
- Collect, analyse and interpret data on inventory, production plans, lead times and minimum order quantities to develop reporting tools.
- Work collaboratively with internal factory teams, including production, quality and flow, as well as external suppliers, subcontractors and headquarters Supply Chain teams.
- Contribute to logistics teams’ work to ensure production runs smoothly and meets customer needs.
- Lead factory projects, using tools including Excel, PBI and SAP.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master 2 at an engineering or business school and seeking a final-year internship.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP or Power BI proficiency is an advantage.
- Fluent written and spoken French.
- Interest in industrial environments and continuous improvement.
- Interest in data analysis, with precision, rigour and a hands-on approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit, with the ability to manage priorities.
