Role & Responsibilities

  • Own a product line within the brand portfolio, translating brand strategy into launches, campaigns and consumer experiences for the China market.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of product launches and integrated marketing campaigns, from concept, positioning and creative briefing through on-brand, on-time delivery.
  • Manage the launch calendar and critical path across formula, packaging, regulatory and go-to-market workstreams, escalating risks to management early.
  • Adapt global campaign assets—including imagery, digital content and point-of-sale and retail materials—to balance brand consistency with local market relevance.
  • Partner with Digital, E-commerce and Sales teams to create seamless online and offline consumer journeys from awareness to purchase.
  • Coordinate with Retail and Education teams on counter and point-of-sale execution, training materials and the in-store consumer experience.
  • Work with external agencies to brief, review and deliver creative and media assets that meet brand and business objectives.
  • Monitor product performance, sales trends, market share and competitor activity, translating data into actionable recommendations.
  • Track and manage the product line’s marketing budget and sales forecast, optimizing spend across channels.
  • Prepare regular performance reviews and insight-driven presentations for management and cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in brand or product marketing, ideally in beauty, FMCG or related consumer industries.
  • Expertise in brand management and product launches, including hands-on management of end-to-end launch timelines.
  • Consumer insights and analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into clear business recommendations.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing across e-commerce and social and content platforms.
  • Strong project management skills, including managing multiple priorities and cross-functional timelines simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse, multicultural stakeholders.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset; proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning a product line end to end.
