L’Oréal Luxe is the L’Oréal division responsible for luxury fragrance, makeup and skincare. It operates beauty houses including Lancôme, Kiehl’s and Aesop, and develops products under licence for fashion houses including Prada and Giorgio Armani.
L’Oréal Luxe is seeking an Operational Merchandising Intern for a six-month internship starting in January 2027, supporting merchandising across nearly 1,600 French perfumeries for Yves Saint Laurent Beauté, Prada Beauty and Miu Miu. The intern will coordinate product launches, planograms, supplier and stock activity, retail support, and in-store execution monitoring.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the rollout and follow-up of merchandising across nearly 1,600 perfumeries in France for Yves Saint Laurent Beauté, Prada Beauty and Miu Miu.
- Coordinate the operational rollout of fragrance, makeup and skincare launches in perfumeries, excluding flagships.
- Contribute to the development and production of planograms using the internal Displayer tool.
- Develop and update point-of-sale visibility materials in direct collaboration with external suppliers.
- Help manage orders for point-of-sale materials, visuals and fixtures, and oversee stock.
- Manage shipments to points of sale and respond promptly to merchandising after-sales service needs.
- Monitor and update merchandising materials and sales-support tools for field teams.
- Conduct regular visits to check execution standards and installation compliance, while monitoring competitors and new market trends.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Licence or Bachelor’s degree at Bac+3 level; other study levels are not specified.
- Organized, motivated and rigorous, with the ability to manage several topics simultaneously.
- Agile and responsive in a fast-paced environment involving multiple brands and numerous launches.
- Knowledge of the beauty and luxury markets.
- Professional communication style and appropriate vocabulary.
- Professional maturity, autonomy and sound prioritization skills.
