L’Oréal Luxe seeks a part-time Multi-Brand Beauty Advisor for its John Lewis Horsham counter, working 22.5 hours. The advisor delivers personalised One Luxe service, product expertise and brand storytelling, builds customer relationships and sales, supports events and social media activity, and maintains counter and administrative standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver the One Luxe service model, providing every customer with a premium, personalised experience.
- Demonstrate products, bring brand heritage to life, and share tailored product knowledge, tips and techniques to meet customer needs.
- Represent L’Oréal Luxe as a brand ambassador, delivering a luxury customer experience through personalised service and merchandising standards.
- Keep abreast of makeup, skincare and wellness trends to provide expert advice and personalised recommendations.
- Achieve individual and counter sales targets agreed with the line manager.
- Build authentic customer relationships in store and through digital channels to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Inform new and existing customers about upcoming in-store events, promotions and brand activations.
- Design and deliver engaging events and animations that generate customer interest in L’Oréal Luxe brands.
- Represent L’Oréal Luxe brands and share expertise on internal and external social media platforms in accordance with company guidelines.
- Participate actively in team efforts and complete required training to maintain current product knowledge and brand expertise.
- Complete daily and weekly administrative tasks online and offline using Tamigo and One Retail.
- Maintain high hygiene and housekeeping standards, keeping the counter clean, organised and inviting.
