L’Oréal Luxe seeks a permanent, casual Travelling Beauty Advisor to work across beauty counters in Sydney CBD, representing an exclusive portfolio of luxury brands. The role focuses on sales performance, personalised makeup services and premium client experiences; flexible work arrangements may be considered.
Role & Responsibilities
- Work across various beauty counters in Sydney CBD, representing a portfolio of luxury beauty brands.
- Drive sales and exceed performance targets through exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
- Build expertise in makeup, skincare and fragrance, and stay current with trends.
- Provide personalised makeup consultations and application services tailored to each client.
- Deliver a luxurious, personalised shopping experience for every client.
- Build lasting client relationships.
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to foster a positive and productive environment.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success exceeding sales targets and performance indicators in a fast-paced environment.
- Background in Makeup Artistry, Beauty Therapy or a similar field.
- Passion for luxury beauty and the ability to create memorable client experiences.
