Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver the One Luxe service model consistently across assigned store locations, providing each customer with a premium, personalized experience.
• Demonstrate products, bring brand heritage to life, and provide tailored product knowledge, tips, and techniques to meet customer needs.
• Represent L’Oréal Luxe and deliver a luxurious customer experience through personalized service and merchandising standards.
• Stay informed about makeup, skincare, and wellness trends to provide expert advice and personalized recommendations.
• Contribute to individual and counter sales goals across supported stores, as agreed with the line manager.
• Build authentic customer relationships in-store and through digital channels to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Inform customers about upcoming in-store events, regional promotions, and brand activations across the assigned territory.
• Design and deliver engaging events and animations that build customer interest in L’Oréal Luxe brands across multiple locations.
• Represent L’Oréal Luxe brands on internal and external social media platforms in line with company guidelines.
• Travel between and support designated retail counters, adapting to different team dynamics and store layouts.
• Participate in team efforts across locations and complete required training to maintain current product knowledge and brand expertise.
• Complete daily and weekly administrative tasks, including travel and scheduling logs, online and offline using Tamigo and One Retail.
• Maintain high hygiene and housekeeping standards across supported counters, keeping them clean, organized, and inviting.

• Ability to build authentic customer relationships and help customers develop beauty routines suited to their style.
• Active on social media and knowledgeable about current makeup and beauty trends.
• Ability to connect with people online and in person and build a community around skincare.
• Drive, ambition, and enthusiasm for challenges, adapting to different store environments and creating in-store experiences.
• Passion for L’Oréal Luxe brands and commitment to representing them across assigned locations.
• Organization, adaptability, and comfort traveling between multiple stores within the designated region.
