L’Oréal Luxe is the L’Oréal division responsible for luxury fragrance, makeup and skincare. It operates beauty houses including Lancôme, Kiehl’s and Aesop, and develops products under licence for fashion houses including Prada and Giorgio Armani.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver the One Luxe service model consistently across assigned store locations, providing each customer with a premium, personalized experience.
• Demonstrate products, bring brand heritage to life, and offer tailored product knowledge, tips, and techniques to meet customer needs.
• Represent L’Oréal Luxe as a brand ambassador, delivering a luxurious customer experience through personalized service and merchandising standards.
• Keep up to date with makeup, skincare, and wellness trends to provide expert advice and personalized recommendations.
• Contribute to individual and counter sales goals across supported stores, as agreed with the line manager.
• Build authentic customer relationships in store and through digital channels to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Inform and support customers about upcoming in-store events, regional promotions, and brand activations across the assigned territory.
• Design and deliver engaging events and animations that generate customer interest in L’Oréal Luxe brands across different locations.
• Represent L’Oréal Luxe brands on internal and external social media platforms in line with company guidelines.
• Travel between and support designated retail counters within the assigned area, adapting to different teams and store layouts.
• Participate in team efforts across multiple locations and complete required training to maintain current product knowledge and brand expertise.
• Complete daily and weekly administrative tasks, including travel and scheduling logs, online and offline using Tamigo and One Retail.
• Maintain high hygiene and housekeeping standards across supported counters, keeping them clean, organized, and inviting.

• Ability to build authentic relationships, help customers feel comfortable, and tailor beauty routines to their individual style.
• Active engagement with social media and awareness of current makeup and beauty trends.
• Ability to connect with customers both online and in person and build a community around skincare.
• Drive, ambition, and enthusiasm for adapting to different store environments, creating in-store experiences, and achieving results.
• Commitment to L’Oréal Luxe’s mission and values and enthusiasm for representing its brands.
• Organization, adaptability, and comfort traveling between multiple store locations within the designated region.
