L’Oréal Luxe is hiring a part-time Keyholder for its Luxury Beauty Stores outlet in Livermore, California. The role supports store and individual sales goals, customer experience, store operations and employee training; the stated pay range is $19–$20.50 per hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and uphold customer service excellence standards.
- Lead in productivity and maintain regular, punctual attendance for scheduled shifts.
- Assist the Store Manager in achieving store sales goals while meeting individual sales targets established by the management team.
- Enforce company policies and procedures.
- Perform store opening and closing procedures.
- Train new store employees.
- Execute visual directives, educational selling tools and customer service standards.
- Use available resources, remove roadblocks and drive process improvement.
- Work with intermittent supervision.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- Support short- and long-term plans to achieve goals aligned with the store’s business strategy.
- Present products and the brand image appropriately while maintaining a neat, organized store.
- Work on the sales floor for extended periods, walk up and down stairs or use a ladder as needed, and regularly lift up to 25 lbs.
Qualifications
- Retail and/or cosmetics experience preferred.
- Previous keyholder experience preferred.
- Customer service experience.
- Communication skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis; immigration support or sponsorship is not offered.
- Spanish or Mandarin bilingual ability preferred.
