About L’Oréal Luxe
L’Oréal Luxe is the L’Oréal division responsible for luxury fragrance, makeup and skincare. It operates beauty houses including Lancôme, Kiehl’s and Aesop, and develops products under licence for fashion houses including Prada and Giorgio Armani.
L’Oréal Luxe is seeking a Key Account Management Intern to support omnichannel retail partnerships across perfumeries, retailers and e-retailers in Geneva. The full-time internship runs for six months starting in March 2027 and includes sell-out and market analysis, account-team support, cross-functional coordination and inventory monitoring.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support regular sell-out, promotional and market-share analyses to identify commercial trends in selective channels.
- Assist the Key Account Management team with preparing assortment reviews, trade presentations and customer meetings.
- Coordinate operationally with Supply Chain, Controlling and Marketing to help ensure product availability and on-time campaign launches.
- Help monitor inventory, returns and customer data to respond flexibly to commercial priorities.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree, or taking a gap year.
- Available for a six-month, full-time internship.
- Commercial interest and analytical clarity.
- Interest in the dynamics of the selective luxury market and in how premium brands grow in physical and digital channels.
- Comfortable working with figures and using Excel functions and pivot tables to derive clear insights.
- Reliable, structured approach to work, with the ability to meet operational deadlines and coordinate follow-ups precisely.
- C1 or C2 proficiency in German, English and French.
