L’Oréal Luxe is the L’Oréal division responsible for luxury fragrance, makeup and skincare. It operates beauty houses including Lancôme, Kiehl’s and Aesop, and develops products under licence for fashion houses including Prada and Giorgio Armani.

Role & Responsibilities

• Coordinate product requests and shipments to content creators, tracking orders, production and deliveries, and following up after dispatch.
• Track creators and campaigns in dedicated tools, including Traackr; check posts, collect links and screenshots, and prepare performance reports.
• Monitor comments, mentions and direct messages, identify recurring questions, and propose responses.
• Help maintain editorial calendars by gathering required content and briefs, checking links and copy, and tracking approvals and publication deadlines.
• Contribute to drafting, formatting and updating press releases, press kits and media content.
• Prepare samples, press mailings and product shipments for journalists and editors.
• Update the annual calendar of press relations and media events; track press coverage and contribute to quantitative and qualitative reports.
• Provide operational support for internal content, including newsletters, announcements and intranet articles.
• Track deadlines, requests and deliverables with internal teams.
• Help prepare and deliver internal events and activities for employees.
• Help organize press, influencer and corporate events, including guest lists, invitations, supplier coordination and gifts.
• Provide on-site logistical support, help with post-event clear-up and follow up with guests.
• Consolidate feedback and performance reports after events.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, Licence or other BAC +2/3-level course, specializing in marketing or communications.
• Strong interest in beauty, luxury and communications; initial experience in these areas is an advantage.
• Fluent English, written and spoken; French is an advantage.
• Excellent command of Excel, PowerPoint, online research and social media.
• Rigorous and organized, reliable, able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Curiosity, proactivity and a team-oriented mindset.

Education

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, Licence or other BAC +2/3-level course, specializing in marketing or communications.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is EUR 1,300 per month.
