About L’Oréal Luxe
L’Oréal Luxe is the L’Oréal division responsible for luxury fragrance, makeup and skincare. It operates beauty houses including Lancôme, Kiehl’s and Aesop, and develops products under licence for fashion houses including Prada and Giorgio Armani.
L’Oréal Luxe is seeking an E-Commerce Sales Intern to support its eCommerce Key Account Management team with sales strategy execution, reporting, client communication and cross-functional projects. The internship requires availability for 25–32 hours per week for a minimum of 6 months. Role & Responsibilities
- Support eCommerce Key Account Managers in executing eCommerce sales strategies and tasks.
- Prepare analyses and sales reports using MS Excel.
- Communicate with key client Notino and process its requests.
- Serve as a contact person for clients and suppliers on specific matters; assist Key Account Managers in client meetings and internal marketing meetings.
- Contribute to local and 1EU projects.
- Monitor e-commerce market conditions, trends and social media sites.
- Report to the eCommerce Key Account Manager.
- Coordinate with Trade Marketing, Marketing, Retail Design and other teams on organizational and administrative tasks to support process efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must be a university student.
- Available to work 25–32 hours per week for a minimum of 6 months.
- Fluent in Czech or Slovak and English.
- Enjoys finding new and creative solutions to business problems.
- Knowledgeable about social media platforms and content creation, with the ability to guide hairdressers and develop tailored content plans.
- Highly motivated and open to an international environment.
- Determined, reliable and open-minded.
- Approaches challenges with creative solutions and critical thinking while supporting shared values, interests and goals.
- A previous internship in a related field is a plus.
- Submit a CV in English.
