The Counter Manager leads the designer fragrance counter at Myer Melbourne, reporting to the Area Manager and delivering luxury experiences. The role drives sales and daily operations, coaches the team, builds client relationships through fragrance expertise, and maintains counter presentation and stock alignment. This is a permanent, full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the designer fragrance counter at Myer Melbourne and report to the Area Manager.
- Drive retail sales targets and manage daily counter operations.
- Guide and inspire the team to deliver luxury service.
- Use fragrance expertise to build lasting client relationships.
- Maintain high-standard counter presentation and stock alignment.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail counter management or beauty consultation.
- Strong skills in Retail / Trade Activation to drive in-store events.
- Proficiency in Account Management to foster relationships with department store partners.
- Excellent communication and team-building capabilities.
- Deep category expertise in fine fragrances.
