L’Oréal Luxe is recruiting a six-month Continuous Improvement Intern in Caudry, starting January 2027, to join the Performance team and support its operational excellence system through 5S standards, problem-solving and performance routines. The internship pays €1,700 gross per month and includes transport-cost coverage, monthly leave, learning-platform access and employee sales benefits.

- Contribute to implementing L’Oréal’s operational excellence system as part of the Performance team.

Qualifications
- Currently preparing a Master 2 and seeking a final-year internship specializing in Continuous Improvement, with a strong analytical focus.
- Proficient in Excel.
