About L’Oréal Luxe

The Consumer Engagement Manager reports to the Head of Omni Channel Marketing and leads a team of two across CRM and transactional media. The role sets full-funnel engagement strategy, optimises media investment across digital, social and offline channels, and oversees consumer database and loyalty programmes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage a team of two across CRM and transactional media to orchestrate consumer engagement across luxury touchpoints.
- Develop full-funnel activation strategies, adapting regional guidelines to local luxury market needs.
- Drive media optimisation and manage A&P spend to maximise ROI across digital, social and offline channels.
- Oversee the consumer database and loyalty programmes to support retention and acquisition.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in similar roles.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
